CAT time now is 1921 hours, once again in the confines of the 83 precinct. The other 83 lieutenant, going to need a level 1 mobilization in regards to confirmed 34 with a firearm. Mobilization point is 1185 Bushwick Avenue. Perp male, Hispanic, 5'5 to 5'7", 190 pounds, 30 to 40 years old, fed eastbound on Jefferson Avenue. Blue baseball cap, blue LA Dodgers, blue jeans, black jacket.

Mobilization point is 1185 Bushwick Avenue. Looking for a male Hispanic, 5'5 to 5'7", 190 pounds, 30 to 40 years old, wearing a blue LA Dodgers baseball hat, blue jeans and a black jacket. Last seen fleeing eastbound on Jefferson.

Looking for a male, Hispanic, 5'5 to 5'7", 190 pounds, 30 to 40 years old. Fled eastbound on Jefferson with a blue baseball cap and a blue LA Dodgers... blue jeans and a black jacket. This is train station.
