Dang, I saw this in the morning and turned around and took a detour. On my way back I ended up taking Las Virgenes and sure enough some dick in a Tesla was aggressively going into oncoming traffic to pass vehicles they deemed too slow. Miles away someone is dead for doing the same thing.
