Fulson units broadcasting, a reckless driver started in the area of Sophia Parkway and Elmore. Sounds like it's heading into Folsom. It's a blue Pontiac, 6 yellow George Lincoln 443. Older female driver. The plate returns out of Sacramento. We originally handed the call off to CHP, but it sounds like it's turned back around and is heading into Folsom from Sophia Parkway.
