CAT time 1607 hours, South 5 district, confines of the 81 at this time. They got to confirm a 10-10 shots fired. Location's going to be at 1711 Fulton Street between Utica and Syracuse Avenue. Outside the station of Utica, on the Adam and Charlie. At this time, we have the 81 lieutenant on the level 1. In regards to confirm, looking for two perp. Fled on the moped, southbound. One male wearing a black jacket, and a second perp is going to be wearing a blue jacket. Charlie 1.
