Emergency window all units, broadcasting one priority, 1050 East Herndon, apartment 208. For suspicious circumstances, RP advised she passed by the neighbor's apartment, and there's a kitchen knife with a black handle on the wood window by the ledge of it. RP says there's been DV there before, unknown what their names are. It's going to be an Indian female, small, younger, about 4'9", states her boyfriend lives down the way but in the same complex.
