Units in the area of Rankin Road and East Tex Freeway, be on the lookout for a road rage disturbance driver. Caller's reporting suspect behind her flashing headlights, cutting her off, brake checking her, pointing a middle finger up. Suspect is driving a silver Chevy Traverse. License plate is going to be Nora John Tom 1824. Texas plate was last seen westbound on Rankin. She doesn't want to meet with officers. It's TV only.
