Draper 62, can you copy illegal dumping? 62. 2242 East Brookings Drive, 16085 South. It's going to be at the BCC Construction Group. They're saying that there's individuals illegally dumping on the dump, in the dumpster on site. Unknown if they've left. It was a one male and one female, possibly in their mid-30s. One's wearing a dark gray long-sleeved shirt, black pants.
