Maybe if we can get a couple squad cars down there, get somebody to block off the northbound traffic on Torrance and the westbound, I mean the eastbound traffic from 130th and just push them towards Bishop. East on 106, and then there's more going northbound on Torrance. Alright, for the drag racers, they're heading southbound northbound on Torrance from 106. They're also going eastbound on 106.
