Stand by, we'll call back and confirm. Rescue 11 en route. En route, Rescue 11. Engine 13, I copy. We're at 5770 Billy Charlie. Both elevators are empty. There's no problem here. 10-4, I'm with the alarm company. Stand by. Rescue 8 from Engine 9.
