833, 834, we have a investigative person at Academy Road and Natan Drive, walking on Academy towards Byberry. Last seen is an Indian male, tall, thin, black jacket, jeans, gray shoes, smoking marijuana, exposing himself. Called in by a crossing guard. 833, I received. Just be advised, my MDT just shut down. I'm rebooting it. I'm at Academy and Byberry now. Survey. 32, okay.

Cops with him now near the Dunkin. That should count as a pedo since doing it by a school where kids are currently arriving too

@philadelphiaUser1514493003 think it depends on if it's within the school zone but i could be wrong. but i agree it's pretty bad doing that by a school especially in the morning when kids are walking there
