How many vehicles were involved? Any updates on the driver of the Tesla?
Does anyone ACTUALLY know what the outcome was? How is the person who was still in the Tesla on fire?
@BMicele1 I saw the 2 men that walked down the sidewalk. They are both men that frequently play pickleball at the park in the neighborhood. I have also seen the Tesla at the park. I am hoping they were in it and got out safely. @phxnat I doubt you can determine someone is intoxicated by just walking down the sidewalk. Especially after just being in an accident.
I saw two people get walked out of the car by the first officer who arrived. One guy might have been disabled and the other might have been intoxicated.
Is that your expert opinion? Did you speak to them? Perform a field sobriety test? Blood test?
