Battalion 3, Engine 3. Go ahead. Vehicle's unoccupied. Passenger states that he was a passer and the driver is in the area, but we cannot find him. The vehicle is cleared. Let's continue the medic, and we cancel the assignment, release TAC. Copy that. So driver fled is what my understanding is? I'm guessing it's the other way around, that the passenger was actually the driver, but he's not.
