@GrilledCheezDanny Late reply, but the street ends at the seawall. Usually the storm drain at the end of the street is closed by a civic worker sometime in the night before the tide gets higher than the street level, but it seems like they forgot to close it that night

@GrilledCheezDanny Late reply, but the street ends at the seawall. Usually the storm drain at the end of the street is closed by a civic worker sometime in the night before the tide gets higher than the street level, but it seems like they forgot to close it that night
