Emergency units, I'll pass you the E.D. precinct, authority to E.D. sergeant, level 1 mobilization. In regards to a confirmed 30th, firearm involved, mobilization point 454, Crossin Avenue, among others, in Madison. There were two perps, one male, Black, 5'8", displayed firearm. Second male, 6 feet. Both males wearing all black, but a black ski mask, fled northbound on Crossin.
