Reporting party heard the driver say they were all armed with handguns inside the Toyota. The reporting party also stated he heard the driver pull back the handgun's rail. The reporting party then went inside the call and left the Toyota parked in front of number 2 Large Street. Then the reporting party disconnected the call. It was a 911 only phone. They were mapping it now.
