Engine 12 from dispatch. Go ahead. Was it the whole plaza that's going off or just that one suite? The alarm was sounding throughout the plaza and all the shopping centers, but the alarm panel does indicate zone 5, which is the 4430, for the two units that are in that zone. We're going to walk through both of them now. Okay.

We do have an audible visual alarm going off. We were able to silence it. I'm just trying to get a hold of a building manager to get them to contact the alarm company. There are no active hazards.
