South Bay from Engine 21, can you notify public and just let them know that the residents that are going to be affected by the water shutoff are actually on 225 and 227 Kelp Street. The meter is in front of the house on 41st, but his water is still on. But I'm unable to make contact. No one's answering the door at the residence. Do you decide to call the police?
