 We've been getting multiple calls on this.

 One from the alarm company, they're saying a smoke detector, zone 18, third floor, elevator A, lobby.

 We've also received several 911s from the premise.

 One was from 109, but it's been several elderly patients and some staff members reporting a possible fire.
