That double parking in Pelham Pkwy and williamsbridge road is causing road rage and the light it takes u about 15 minutes just to cross over double parking needs to stop

This intersection is crap. The light timing is off. Southbound Williamsbridge is green for 7 minutes while Northbound Williamsbridge is red for 15 minutes. Traffic backs up to Morris Park because of the f***ing traffic lights.
There’s just too much traffic caused by all the “extra” road precautions, double parking, bus lanes, bike lanes. Driving in the city is frustrating and it takes way too long to drive two blocks. Of course people are frustrated, road rage occurs and people speed because of the additions put on the road. The speed limit is already low and it didn’t help this situation.
