I drove by maybe 3-4 hours ago and saw a I drove by maybe 4 hours ago and saw what I thought was an older teenager climbing around the lowest horizontal bar with a cell phone and earbuds connected. He was dressing in black or dark colors and appeared to be a white male with dark brown hair. I didn't think anything of it - thought it was just a kid goofing around. I wasn't expecting to see anyone there so I didn't get that good a look.
