Units in 63, attempt to locate 59, category 2, wild marker 314, I-15 southbound. 314, I-15 southbound, time is 2 minutes, break. Units continuing, vehicle is an older blue Dodge pickup, negative 28, with tinted windows. RP stated they were serving in and out of all the lanes, almost hit multiple vehicles, straddling the lanes and not using a signal. RP no longer has visual but willing to send a signal.
