Regards to this level 1 mobilization, looking for a male Black wearing all black. Confirmed two people shot. One female, one male, both not likely at this time. Aided male assigned 13th Avenue, 125. Purpose, male, Black, wearing all black. Fled on foot, unknown direction of flight. Reference.
