Sheriff, dispatch all units responding to State Route 85 and Westerlove for the crash indication. Made contact with a male party of Mark Reamer, who found the cell phone in the middle of the roadway. The owner of the phone apparently isn't back to that location to retrieve her phone. There is no emergency there. Touch 427, copy?
