Took AMBULANCE 30 MIN. To arrive! Cops everywhere and NOT AN AMBULANCE TIL 30 MINUTES LATER!! Camera's Everywhere and they let people take photos. Observed Cop hovering not checking vitals BUT YELLING at the victim BLEEDING IN THE STREET, "CAN YOU MOVE?" WHAT PRECINCT WAS ON SITE?? FAMILY MEMBERS NEED TO KNOW! POORLY HANDLED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT! AMBULANCE TOO LONG. THE FIRE DEPT. GOT there before AMBULANCE! People need to KNOW!!!
