180-Gallon Diesel Spill Shuts Down Lanes on I-71 Near Dana Ave

A sand truck from the Ohio Department of Transportation was also called to the scene in an attempt to absorb some of the spilled fluid.

Firefighters placed absorbent materials along with catch basins underneath the leaking truck and attempted to contain the spill.

The truck spilled approximately 180 gallons worth of fuel onto the interstate.
