414 Lincoln. 14 Lincoln. 2210 West Vineyard. 10 ago, the neighbor at 2214 West Vineyard, James, black male, 30s, 5'6", 200 pounds, white shirt, gray jacket, black jeans, walked up to the complainant's front door with a gun. Brother told him he needed to leave, per PD instructions, and then he started wandering around the property with it. Since he hasn't been out there for the subject, advising the staff to call his property. 2212, units to follow.
