It's going to be a gray SUV, unknown make or model, bearing Mexico Boy, Robert Young Zebra 11. Looks like the vehicle passed the calling party on a double yellow line. Was driving at a high rate of speed and passing other vehicles on a blind spot. Again, 15 minute time delay, sound stop check.
