I can guess who the man and two juivies are too. This is not new behavior.
@elmirageUser2233673008 they go to the school right there and run the neighborhood causing trouble. Target has booted them out. Young. I am guessing on the adult - neighborhood adults are fed up with these ones and zero accountability by parents. Not sure what happened here exactly but a similar report was a few days ago of a minor using the same weapon.
