Around 10:45 p.m., the three individuals were in the vicinity of Prospect Place and Clay Avenue when one of them pulled a gun and discharged a round in the direction of an unknown male. The gun was then handed to a second member of the group, and the trio then fled eastbound on Prospect Place on foot.
