We All need to be calling crime stop for transients "loitering" or "blocking" bus stops or side walks, "littering" waste, "indecent exposure" and "drug use" all of which are illegal. PD needs citizens to make "complaints" to act on these non-violent but still crimes as well as redistribute resources for these public nuisances. 602-262-6151 , once on just say "trespassing" on the prompt and it will fwd to a PD dispatcher where you can explainin in detail.... you can remain anonymous and dial *67 prior to the number to further block your line. We need to take back our neighborhood but it requires everyones vigilance and diligence COPY and Paste to Share (Take a Screenshot)
@porterville, agreed that their are many layers but the city also has CARES, the depth of homeless solutions, Cass, ect and unfortunately these folks don't accept the services offered so then it becomes a lifestyle. I have family that unfortunately falls in this category and they don't want help. It destroys everyone and everything
