Part of it is the line of vision for people on Central College heading east and people on NA Rd West heading north. The white fence at Sugar Run apartments and the angle the intersection and make it hard to see approaching cars. Also the rate of speed people travel through the intersection are big factors. Thst and people texting or FaceTiming while they’re driving.
