Could be the people that did the shooting at Arundel Mills mall
I wonder if they chased the person who shot someone at Arundel Mills Mall earlier. They have the Washington Blvd exit closed. Looks like a car accident and there's an AA county cop car down in the ditch all banged up. I wonder if the person they were chasing got out of their car and ran over to that neighborhood off of Victory Drive. It must be connected somehow cause why would Anne Arundel cops be in Baltimore.
Oh wow that's crazy but it does make sense

They should Baltimore cops. They got chased here by Anne Arrundel
