I have 41 K 91, a non-injury TC at Chevron, 2789 East Bidwell. There was four teenagers in a pickup truck that crashed into the grass area. All occupants are out. The RP did not ask if they were okay, just took a video and went back inside. Sounds like there was some sort of 415 between the RP and the juveniles.
