Nothing new. When I worked in the building across from there, I used to watch this happen at least once a week. There was one that had their back of the truck and drivers side tire hanging over the wall. Blocked that road for hours trying to get it off the wall without it going over onto the road below.

There was one that had their back of the truck and drivers side tire hanging over the wall. Blocked that road for hours trying to get it off the wall without it going over onto the road below.
