When I passed by the first time on the opposite side, there was a car pulled over in the left lane and sitting in front of the car was either a bicycle or a motorcycle laying on the ground in front of the car. The person that I’m guessing was hit was sitting on the median, looking like they were in pain, and the driver who hit him was trying to console and talk to the person. By the time I picked my daughter up and came back that way only the ambulance was there and the driver’s car who hit the person was nowhere to be seen. So I couldn’t tell you what the ending result was, only what I could capture in this short clip.
