i used to work in ED. not uncommon for people to come finish the job when the patient survived first attempt
I do NOT believe uncommon. Extremely rare you act like its an everyday thing lol
There was a shooting 3 days ago in the same area it says if you scroll down and look at recent activity in this area so there is clearly an issue in that area wonder if there is a correlation between the two incidents
