The amount of homeless that are crossing the streets at night is insane. I don’t know how many times I’ve barely missed someone.

Driver remained on scene and didnt flee, the guy illegally crossed the street, its the guy who got hits fault. Still unfortunate though
Learn to understand why laws, rules, policies, procedures, etc. exist. Learn to conceptualize why we have laws. There is the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. If you drive you'll gain a better understanding if you understand why laws were created
Someone just lost their life for a simply thing as walking outside a painted line but i dont see anyone blaming the driver for not paying attention to the road
