They explain that it’s got something to do with crash response as the intoxicated driver is relaxed ? I worked on a victim giving him cpr for 45 minutes at the emergency room once and his impact was so hard that both his feet were severed from impact. Makes us all realize how important seat belt use is ! Statistically you’re safer with the seat belt on so take the time to put it on.
