Person, 4435 West 96. Go for the car. 1800 Lighthouse Center, time delay 15 minutes. Homeless, light-skinned, Black male, black shirt, black shorts, wrapped in blue blankets with handgun. Walked up to caller's vehicle, tried to pull the handle. Caller only saw a gun, was not pulled out. CMT, see if you can pull it.
