Maybe if people stopped treating that road like a damn NASCAR track they wouldn’t crash
Some people have no sense driving through the city. If you flip your car in 30 mph zone...thats on you..
And if you total your car on Cold Spring where 25mph...well than...you are driving to fast...it is insane the debris on the side of the road from crashes, and people die from accidents when speed limit is 25mph....the Baltimore city Police need to enforce the laws. It is getting dangerous to walk and drive in this city...hell even a city truck speed and took a left without looking and came inches...inches from running over me and my dog...it is absolutely ridiculous.
How did this even happen?
