Summary

Firefighters responded to a transformer vault fire at Avenue V and Ocean Avenue in Homecrest, successfully extinguishing the main blaze. The incident caused a power outage on the east side of Ocean Avenue and nearby areas. Surrounding properties were checked and deemed safe.
