So according to the neighborhood security guard, the suspect was running around, hitting the ground yelling and screaming, which caused concern the security guard then use their mobile device to call the police, who then arrived on scene in quick fast action and apprehended the suspect with haste. While I was recording, I was informed that no one else was involved. It was just the suspect, causing a ruckus in a somewhat peaceful neighborhood.
I’m in a nearby apartment and can’t tell beyond a dude yelling and getting arrested
Been seeing so much police activity lately.. like wow
