As far as the mopeds go these unlic uninsured moving menances need to be stopped there are guns and drugs being carried in most of delivery boxes NYPD us unaware unmarked mopeds topping and running tye steeets even sidewalks with special deliveries and they do nothing they are unmarked mopeds no vests identifying who it where they work
