Not quite what they are saying it was. The manager and her assistant were the ones who started the fire . Witnessed them throwing papers into the fire and then stood with their arms crossed watching it burn until fire department showed up which is when they poured water on the fire just before FD made contact.
Then to blame it on an unhoused person.
Come to find out the office manager has been making threats to a lot of he tenentes trying to extort some for money and not accepting rent from others but claiming they never even tried to pay. Shutting off some people electric if they aren't willing to give her money that she claims they owe yet there's no papertrail to prove they owe anything. The day after the fire someone witnessed the office manger trying to wipe her computer at 11PM. And we haven't seen her in the office since 🤷 seems like some type of fraud to me
