All units from command, we can reduce this to just Engine 31 and Engine 21, except for Medic 41. No other patients in the vehicle, no other hazards. Dispatch received, reduced to Engine 31, Engine 21, and Medic 41. Do you need dispatch to continue monitoring Engine 21? That's negative. Dispatch, you can cease monitoring. We'll just keep the channel for the moment. Thank you.

Engine 21 is out, assuming command on fire TAC 203. It looks like the occupant is out of the vehicle. The vehicle is in the creek upside down. We'll be assessing.
