I was on Weslayan when they caught him and were walking him back to the accident scene. I think he ran. The police helicopter is still hovering but there is another suspect on the run on Timmons and that is not real close to there so I’m not sure if it’s the same incident or not.
Clean up has already begun. Can only see two vehicles from my angle. Shortly after the accident, police came from that hotel courtyard with a man who fled the accident handcuffed. Didn’t see if this was a pursuit or just an accident driver tried to flee from
