CAT time 1531, in the confines of the 47 precinct, in the guise of a 10-10 shots fired at 901 Bork Avenue between Bronzewood and Radcliffe Avenue. Authority of the 47 Sergeant requesting a description read over. They're looking for a male, Hispanic, light-skinned, wearing a black jacket, green hoodie, black book bag on a Lime Scooter fled southbound on Bronzewood. Correction, they have updated description, male, Hispanic, light-skinned, wearing a black jacket with a dark green hoodie underneath the jacket.
