Highway 1 off-ramp to Skyline North. CHO one scene. Some woman jumped out of an SUV and ran up, I’m assuming she’s a nurse. Then finally got to move and saw the accident. Group of young chicks holding their heads, Tesla smashed up on the right side of the off/on ramp half point to Skyline. Drunk driving I’d guess
