45 Lincoln, what positions need to be filled for the car closure? I'm going to need at least all of westbound traffic shut down, and then we can probably take some of these side streets, which I believe is about mid-block here, and then eastbound traffic as well. We have enough cars for eastbound. I'm going to need westbound, though, on these side streets that are near the scene.
