Suspects Sought in Brooklyn Robbery Pattern

On Saturday, February 21, 2026, at approximately 2:55 p.m., in the vicinity of Ocean Avenue and Oriental Boulevard, four unidentified individuals approached a 16-year-old male and a 14-year-old male. One individual pushed the 16-year-old victim off his e-bike and forcibly removed a Nike backpack belonging to the 14-year-old victim. The suspects fled the location on the victim’s motorized scooter in an unknown direction.

On Monday, February 16, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in front of 231 Neptune Avenue, five unidentified individuals approached two 13-year-old male victims while riding motorized scooters. The individuals attempted to remove the victims’ jackets. When one victim resisted, he was punched in the face. One of the individuals displayed a knife before forcibly removing both jackets. The suspects fled on motorized scooters in an unknown direction. The victims refused medical attention at the scene.

On Friday, February 13, 2026, at approximately 9:15 a.m., in the vicinity of Ridge Boulevard and 86 Street, four unidentified individuals approached a 16-year-old male victim and demanded his jacket. The individuals attempted to remove the jacket and tore a portion of it before fleeing on motorized scooters in an unknown direction. There were no reported injuries.

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m., in the vicinity of 17th Avenue and 65th Street, two unidentified individuals approached a 19-year-old male victim who was seated on a motorized scooter. One of the individuals displayed a machete and forcibly removed the victim’s motorized scooter. The suspects fled in an unknown direction. There were no reported injuries.

The NYPD is asking for the public's help in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached photos who are wanted in connection with a robbery pattern that occurred within the confines of the 60, 61, 62, and 68 Precincts in Brooklyn.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at Oriental Blvd & Ocean Ave.
